What is the Omega content of All-In-One?
All-In-One does contain Omegas due to the flax and hemp content. There is a well balanced ratio of omega 3 ALA, omega 6 and 9. Our bodies are unfortunately not amazing at converting ALA to EPA and DHA themselves so we do not recommend relying on All-In-One solely for your Omega supplementation, but it certainly will contribute to your daily fatty acid needs. If you are in need of an Omega 3 supplement we have one in our liquids range!
