Removing one time items from your subscription

Need to remove a one-time item that you no longer want?

Follow the steps below.

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an activated Vivo account.

1. Log in and select Delivery, this will take you to your delivery schedule.

2.     Locate the added one-time item and click manage this product.

3.   Click Remove Product.
