How many calories does All-In-One have?

All-in-One on its own is around 150 calories (varies slightly flavour dependent) per scoop of powder so it is a great base for a super nutritious smoothie. We recommend adding it into a smoothie with bananas, oats, nut butter and any of your other favourite fruit like berries and plant milk to create a nutrient and calorie dense shake that is going to help fuel your days.
