How to activate your account

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an activated Vivo account.

1.     You’ll receive an account activation email when creating an account.

2.     Follow the link to activate your account.

Alternatively, if you have misplaced this email go to our My Account homepage.

1.      Then go to the Having trouble accessing your subscription button and select Request access.

2.     Enter your email address and select Send log in code.

3.     You’ll then be sent an email with a link to enable your account.
