Why isn't my discount code working?

Please check the Terms and Conditions of the discount code you are trying to use, and check these are all being followed. Please be advised most discount codes and vouchers are generally not applicable to subscription orders, and are often only available to first-time customers unless otherwise stated.

If your discount code is for a discount on a specific product, please ensure that you have added the relevant product to your cart otherwise the discount code will not work.

If despite this you are still having trouble using your discount code, please email us with further details of the issue, including a screenshot showing the error message and contents of your cart, and our Customer Service team will assist you ASAP!

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively, so please contact us at hello@vivolife.co.uk with any issues before making your purchase.
