Updating your payment method on your subscription

Need to update your payment details or add a new payment method?

No problem, you can do this anytime from inside your account.

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an activated Vivo account.

1. Log in and select Billing Details.

2. To update your payment method click edit next to the relevant payment method. Edit your payment details and select update.

To add a new payment method select the add new payment method button. Enter your details and click add payment method button to confirm.

If, at any time, you are prompted to change payment method, log back into your account and select "+ Use for all orders".
