Why can't I log into my account?

If you are having trouble logging into your account, it may be because you haven't yet activated it!

Here is a guide on how to activate your account.

You can also try searching your emails for an account activation email sent at around the time you created your account.

If you can't remember your password, you can click 'reset password' on the log in page where you will receive an email to reset your password.
