Can I change/cancel my order?

We're generally unable to cancel or edit orders once they have been placed, as our warehouse team are a speedy bunch and orders are processed quite quickly! However, please contact our Customer Service Team who will try their best to help you, and advise on the next steps.

If you are a subscriber and receiving items more often than you need, remember you have full control of your subscription, and you can log in any time to amend the frequency of orders or skip deliveries :).
