Does All-In-One cover my daily probiotics needs?

Georgina Roberts Updated by Georgina Roberts

All-In-One contains 5 billions live cultures per serving at the time of manufacture. This will contribute towards your daily probiotic needs, but it is not designed to replace your probiotic supplement. As All-In-One can be used to create a healthy nutritional shake, we wanted to mimic the natural probiotic content that you would get from eating fruits and vegetables. It is not the main focus of the product however so we recommend keeping up with your regular probiotic supplement. If you do not use a probiotic supplement yet you may wish to check out our living multi nutrient powder Supergreens as that also contains live cultures to contribute towards your daily probiotic requirements. As with all probiotic supplements there is a steady die off across shelf life from the time of manufacture.
