Why doesn’t Supergreens contain calcium, iodine, iron or magnesium?

Kat Hoyle Updated by Kat Hoyle

The levels of calcium, iodine, iron, and magnesium are not listed on the Supergreens label, this is because we do not include these nutrients in supplemental form in Supergreens as these minerals can react with the probiotics and reduce their efficacy. Supergreens does contain some whole food ingredients that are good sources of these nutrients, such as spirulina and wheatgrass, however we only include the %RDAs of the supplemental minerals on the ingredients chart for accuracy, and so that it is clear which minerals are being added as supplemental ingredients and which are not.

How did we do?

I already take Supergreens, do I need to take the D3 too?

How many probiotics are in each serving of Supergreens?
