If you have selected a standard method at the checkout, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail and should be received within 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.
If you have not received your order, please allow 7 working days from the dispatch confirmation email before contacting our Customer Service team at hello@vivolife.co.uk, as they will be able to contact Royal Mail after this time has passed.
