How do I use the Pre-Workout?

Prepare Pre-Workout by adding 2 level + 1 heaped teaspoons, OR 1 ½ (15ml) Vivo scoops; add 250ml cold water and mix preferably using a shaker or blender for a smoother texture. We suggest to consume the product 20 to 30 minutes prior to exercise.
