Why have you chosen beetroot for the Pre-Workout?

Beetroot has a high nitrate content. Nitrates convert to nitric oxide in the body and increase oxygen in the blood. This improves blood flow to fatigued muscles. This increases vasodilation, which is the widening of the blood vessels, improving oxygen consumption within the cells, enhancing physical performance and reducing blood pressure.
