Updating the shipping address on your subscription

Moving house and need to edit your shipping address? No problem!

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an activated Vivo account.

1.   Log in  and select Subscriptions

2.     Select Addresses & payment details in the right navigation bar.

3.     Click Manage addresses.

4.     Choose the edit shipping address button or add new address and edit the details. This will update all subscriptions associated with this address.

5.     Hit save!
