My order has arrived damaged!

We are so sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. Our packing superstars do securely send off every parcel however this can sometimes happen from time to time.

When damages occur, we need some further information from you to investigate, as we are always striving to improve our services.

If you have experienced a damaged delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at: hello@vivolife.co.uk with your order number, a photo of the damage (including any damaged outer packaging) and the batch number of the damaged product.

(The batch number can be found on the back of the bag or bottle next to the expiry date).

Once we have this information from you we can assist further.
