Why are we using citric acid instead of malic acid in Intra-Workout?

Simply to make it taste better! There is no substantial difference between the two ingredients, but after months of research and NPD trials we discovered that citric acid was more suitable to complement the flavour and reduce the bitterness from the amino acids.
