How to cancel your subscription

Want to cancel your subscription? No problem, you can cancel anytime from inside your account.

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an activated Vivo account.

1. Log in and select Subscriptions, this will take you through to your active subscriptions.

2. Click Manage this Subscription underneath the subscription you wish to cancel.

3. Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.

4.  Select a cancellation reason and confirm.
