Applying a discount/gift code to your subscription

Want to apply a discount code to your subscription?

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have an activated Vivo account.

 1.    Log in and select Delivery Schedule.  

2.     Click the Add Discount button in the top right of the page. 

3.     Enter your discount code in the pop up that appears at the top of the page and click OK. 

4.    Your discount code will now show as applied on both your Subscription and Delivery Schedule pages along with the option to remove. 

Alternatively, Select Manage Subscription next to the product that you would like to add a discount to. Scroll down to just below the product overview and select Apply Discount. 

*Please note that the discount will not reflect on your subscription/one-time product price and will only change once the order processes.

**Please note that not all discount codes are valid for subscription orders.
